Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return
Initiate a Return: If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, providing your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: In case of an approved return, a return merchandise authorization form and return instruction will be provided.
Return Shipping: Unless an item is received damaged or defective, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost in some cases. The return label is provided as part of the RMA form. You may choose to return the item either to our warehouse or directly to an Amazon fulfillment center.
Processing Your Return
Once your returned item is received at our Amazon fulfillment center, it will be inspected.
If the item is in sellable condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
